I feel great overall, but when I get stressed, it easily affects my mood, sleep, energy, and hunger.
I tend to be anxious and stressed, I have a hard time sleeping, and I sometimes forget to eat.
I am often tired, and this affects my focus. I am constantly hungry and thinking about food.

Forget about fad diets, a well balanced meal plate will have more impact on your health goals.
I tend to eat pizza, sandwiches, wraps, pasta, or/and fries. These are comfort foods, and it keeps me full.
I love chicken, eggs, fish and all kinds of animal protein. I can't imagine myself living without meat.
I eat mostly salads, fruits and soup. I tend to avoid processed food as much as I can.
I am a vegan. I do make sure my plate has all the nutrients I need throughout the day like carbs, protein and fats.

I always make sure I eat 3 meals a day.
I eat 3 meals a day. (Plus snacks in between.)
It depends. Sometimes, I eat more than 3 meals a day or less. It all depends on my mood or how busy I am in a day.

Highly active (I work out more than 3 times a week)
Moderately active ( I engage in physical activity 1 to 2 times a week)
Slightly active (I try to exercise only when I can)

Q9. What is the biggest challenge for you when it comes to exercise?
Exercise is not a must, but it's required for a healthy living. Plus, there's more upside than down side too..
I have an injury that makes exercising a big challenge.
Finding time between family, work, and other commitments.
Finding the motivation and the energy to push through with my health goals.
I don't see any improvement even when I exercise a lot! So, I stopped.
